Jeff Armstrong M.Sc., M.Ed., R.Psych

I am a registered Clinical Psychologist and have previously worked for both Alberta Health, and Children’s Services. I enjoy working with clients of all ages and have extensive knowledge of the supports and resources available in the community.

I provide a safe and trusting environment which is essential for your journey of health and wellness. I believe in empowering clients as they navigate the obstacles and challenges of life. We will work together to understand the barriers to your success and develop strategies to facilitate your personal growth and recovery.

I strive to foster a therapeutic relationship through an empathic, non-judgmental, client-centered approach. I utilize various evidence-based techniques to help you achieve your treatment goals. I have worked with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, and various life stressors. My direct but supportive approach tends to also have good outcomes with those struggling to regulate their emotions and individuals with Personality Disorders (e.g., Borderline and Narcissistic traits.) I have considerable experience responding to mental health crisis calls in the community with first responders (e.g., EPS and EMS) and have a particular interest in treating trauma related disorders in frontline emergency personnel, and health care providers.
